📝 Entry Deadlines & Submission

• ⏰Primary Deadline: 

  • All completed entry forms must be received by 12:00 Noon on Thursday, August 13, 2026.

• ​⚠️ Entries are limited to 20 contestants per division, so don't wait! Late entrants may miss practice opportunities.

💲 Entry Fee

• 💵 $50 non-refundable entry fee required

• 🚫 Entries will NOT be held without payment

• ⏳ Unpaid applications are held for 5 days only

👑 Divisions

• 🌸 Ms. Appalachian Fair: Ages 21-39

• 🌷Ms. Appalachian Fair Legacy: Ages 40-59

• 🌹Ms. Senior Appalachian Fair: Ages 60+

• 📌 Age is determined as of the day of the contest.

• 👗 Wear a dress of your choice - stylish, tasteful & family-friendly

• 💯 Judging Criteria:

  • ✨ 25% Beauty

  • ✨ 25% Poise

  • ✨ 50% Personality

• 🏆 Judges' decisions are final

• 💖 People's Choice Award in each division (cash votes only!!)

• 📄 Proof of age may be required

• 📋 Contestants must follow all Pageant Committee rules

• 👑 2026 Queens will crown the 2027 Winners!
