RULES AND REQUIREMENTS

We're excited to have you be part of the 100th Appalachian Fair!  Please review the following guidelines to help ensure a smooth and successful experience for everyone:

🛍️ Booth Selection & Contracts
✨Returning Vendors First!

Previous vendors will receive first choice when renewing their booth space.

 

🎟️ Vendor Passes Included
Each commercial space includes:

• 3 Full-Week Passes (with parking) 🚗

• Option to purchase 2 additional passes per space at a reduced rate

 

📶 Internet Access

💻 WiFi Availability
Internet access may be available depending on your booth location and signal strength.
👉 Be sure to indicate your need when completing your application.

 

🕒 Exhibit Hours

(Booths Must Be Open & Staffed)

Please ensure your booth is open and staffed during the following times:

• 📅 Saturday, Aug 22: 11:00 AM – 10:00 PM

• 📅 Sunday, Aug 23: 1:00 PM – 6:00 PM

• 📅 Monday–Friday, Aug 24–28: 3:00 PM – 10:00 PM

• 📅 Saturday, Aug 29: 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM

 

🔨 Setup Information

🛠️ Setup Begins:

• 📅 Saturday, Aug 15

• ⏰ 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

⏳ Additional setup times may be available upon request.

✅ All booths must be fully set up by:

• 📅 Saturday, Aug 22 before 10:00 AM

 

📦 Tear Down & Removal

⏱️ Booths must remain in place until:

• 📅 Saturday, Aug 29 at 10:30 PM

🚚 All items must be removed by:

• 📅 Monday, Aug 31 at 5:00 PM
  (unless otherwise approved by Fair Management)
