COMMERCIAL VENDORS RULES AND REQUIREMENTS
*Prior vendors will receive first choice on renewal of space.
*Commercial contracts include with each space the cost of three (3) full week passes with parking. An additional two (2) passes/tickets per space may be purchased at a reduced rate.
*Internet/Wifi access may be available depending upon your booth location and signal availability. Please specify need when completing your application.
*Exhibit buildings will be open from 3:00-10:00pm weekdays and 10:00am-10:00pm on Saturday. All booth spaces must be manned and open during these hours.
*Booths may be set-up beginning on Monday, August 17, between the hours of 8:00am-4:00pm. Other times may be available upon request. All booths should be in place by Sunday, August 23 before midnight.
*Booths must remain in place until 10:30pm on Saturday, August 29. All items must be removed by 5:00pm, Monday, August 31 unless otherwise approved by fair management.

Consider becoming a
'Friend of the Fair'
For and additional $750, you will be designated as a 'Friend of the Fair' which entitles you to having your name listed on our 'Friend of the Fair' signage, name recognition on our brochure, and logo/name recognition on our website.
The money collected through our 'Friend of the Fair' program benefits our Livestock Scholarships, General Scholarships, Fairest of the Fair Scholarship, and our agricultural education programs.
The Appalachian Fair Association Inc is listed as a 501c3 Corporation. All donations are tax deductible.
