We are accepting applications for Property Storage on the Fairgrounds for the 2020-2021 Fall/Winter/Spring season now. Please complete this PDF form and email to: phil@appalachianfair.com or sandra@appalachianfair.com; or you may fax your completed form to: 423-477-3853; or you may bring it by our main office during our normal business hours. Let us know when you will be ready to drop off your Boat/Trailer/Camper/Car/etc. and we will schedule your drop-off time and location. The 3rd Annual Southeast Highland Cattle Auction & Show will take place on Friday, October 2nd at 2:00 PM Open Show; Saturday, October 3rd 9:00 AM JR Show; Saturday, October 3rd 2:00 PM Auction. Animals will be available for viewing at 11:00 AM at the Appalachian Fairgrounds, 100 Lakeview Street, Gray, TN 37615. BUYERS INFORMATION: Register at the auction barn to bid in person. Online bidding will be available through Cowbuyer.com - You will need a credit card on file to get a bidder number. There will be a Vet on site for Health Certificates, to authorize the transport of your purchased animals across State lines on Saturday. There will not be a Vet available on Sunday. After the auction Buyers can take their Highlands, or make arrangements with the help of the SEHA Members, for delivery or later pickup at the Sellers farm or other available holding place. Email us through the contact form, if you would like help making arrangements.​These arrangements must be made prior to the sale. Southeast Highland Cattle Auction LLC assumes no responsibility for the health and condition of animals sold. Please refer to your local veterinarian for recommendations on vaccinations before bringing your animals to your farm. Payments: You may pay using a Credit Card, Cash, or Check. You will need a credit card and valid ID on file to get your bidder number. If you wish to pay by Credit Card there will be a 4% Processing Fee. Remote Area Medical - RAM

Typically, Remote Area Medical opens the clinic parking lot no later than 12 a.m. midnight on the first night of the event. Ticket distribution usually begins no later than 3 a.m., and patients are then served in numerical order according to their ticket number when clinic doors open, which typically occurs at 6 a.m. This process will repeat throughout the clinic days. In some situations, such as inclement weather, volunteer cancellations, or other circumstances outside of RAM’s control, ticketing may occur earlier than 3 am. RAM encourages everyone who would like services, especially dental services, to arrive as early as possible. Dental, vision and medical services are provided on a first-come, first-serve basis. Due to time constraints, be prepared to choose between DENTAL and VISION services. Medical services are offered to every patient attending the clinic. This event is free and open to the public. *Clinic closing time may vary based on each service area’s daily capacity. **The above details are subject to change as we implement new COVID screening procedures and protocols in the coming days. If you are a gun collector, or are a hunting enthusiast, the gun show at the Appalachian Fairgrounds in Gray, TN is a great place to spend some time. RK Shows will have a variety of vendors displaying guns, hunting supplies, military surplus and outdoor gear. Vendor’s will be available to teach you, answer your questions, and help you find exactly what you’re looking for. Safety is first at all of RK Shows Events, so we will have security and check-in points for the safety of our attendees and vendors.
