Entries in the Photography Department must be made on SATURDAY, August 4, between 11 a.m. and 6 p.m. ONE DAY ONLY! ENTRY Removal: Tuesday August 28, 3:00 - 6:00 p.m. Adhere to this time only.ENTRY MUST BE MADE by filling out entry form, either from catalog or online entry. Catalog entry forms need to be returned to the below address: P.O. Box 8218 Gray, TN 37615 If possible, for 20 or more items, entry tags can be picked up in advance for your conveniece in tagging items before bringing to the fairgrounds on entry day. Please place entry tag in upper right hand corner of the article. SPECIAL RULES 1. Name, Address, class, and lot must be printed on back of each entry. 2. Exhibitors are limited to amateur photographers only. (Someone who does not earn 60% of their income from photography.) *3. Due to space and the increasing number of entries, we are asking that all entries be matted on a 11x14" WHITE MATTE ONLY, with a print size of 8x10". No FRAMES or GLASS will be permitted or JUDGED. 4. Entries must be made in person and must be original. 5. Exhibitors may enter one (1) photograph for each lot. 6. All premium money will be paid from the awards as marked by the judges and not from ribbons that may be attached to the exhibis. Judges are instructed not to award a premium or premiums unless article or articles are deemed worthy of the placing award. 7. Permium checks will be handed out or mailed. 8.
