Entries in the Needlework Department must be made on SATURDAY, August 4, between 11 a.m. and 6 p.m. ONE DAY ONLY! ENTRY Removal: Tuesday August 28, 3:00 - 6:00 p.m. Adhere to this time only.ENTRY MUST BE MADE by filling out entry form, either from catalog or online entry. Catalog entry forms need to be returned to the below address: P.O. Box 8218 Gray, TN 37615 If possible, for 20 or more items, entry tags can be picked up in advance for your conveniece in tagging items before bringing to the fairgrounds on entry day. Please place entry tag in upper right hand corner of the article. SPECIAL RULES 1. All articles MUST be strictly the handiwork of the exhibitor. It is the resonsbility of the exhibitor to properly select the lot for entry of any article. For more information call 423-477-3211. 2. No soiled articles will be accepted for EXHIbit. Only articles of good quality will be accepted. 3. Exhibitors may enter for competition only one article in any one lot. All premium money wil be paid from the awards as marked by the judges and not from ribbons that may be attached to the exhibits. Judges are instructed not to award a premium or premiums unless article or articles are deemed worthy of the placing awarded. 4. Articles that have been entered in previous exhibitions of this Fair are not eligible. 5. The Fair Association reserves the right to disqualify ALL entries of any person interfering with the judge, clerks, or placing of ribbons. 6. Premium checks will be handed out or mailed. 7.
