Department 307, Holiday
    Entry Forms must be completed by July 25. For information call Fair Office, 423-477-3211.

    * ATTENTION *
    Entries in the Holiday Department must be made on SATURDAY, August 4, between 11 a.m. and 6 p.m. ONE DAY ONLY!

    ENTRY Removal: Tuesday August 28, 3:00 - 6:00 p.m. Adhere to this time only.ENTRY MUST BE MADE by filling out entry form, either from catalog or online entry.  Catalog entry forms need to be returned to  the below address:

    If possible, for 20 or more items, entry tags can be picked up in advance for your conveniece in tagging items before bringing to the fairgrounds on entry day. Please place entry tag in upper right hand corner of the article.

    SPECIAL RULES
    1.  All exhibits must have been made by the exhibitor. 
    2. Exhibitors may enter only one article in any lot. It is the responsibility of the exhibitor to properly select the lot for entry of any article. Articles entered previously are not eligile. For more information call 423-477-3211.
    3.  Awards wil be made on quality of workmanship and originality of design.  All premium money will be paid from the awards as marked by the judges and not from ribbons that my be attaced to the exhibits.  Judges are instructed not to awards a premium deemed worthy of the placing award.
    4.  Articles that have been entered in previous exhibitions of the fair are not eligible.
    5.  The Fair Association reserves the right to disqualify ALL entries of any person interfering with the judge, clerks, or placing of ribbons.
    6.  Premium checks will be handed out or mailed.
    7. Refer to General Rules and Regulations applying to all departments.
