AUGUST 11, BETWEEN 12:00 AM AND 5:00 PM, SUNDAY,
AUGUST 12, BETWEEN 12 NOON AND 5:00 P.M. JUDGING
WILL TAKE PLACE MONDAY, AUGUST 13 AND TUESDAY,
AUGUST 14. SCHOOL DISPLAY MUST BE SET UP
THURSDAY, AUGUST 16th.
NEW **Culinary Arts will receive entries August
20th between 4:00 and 6:00 p.m.
(New) Vocational Director’s Award to the
single highest quality entry from FCCLA, FFA &
Career & Technology Education - sponsored by
NTTEA (Northeast Tennessee Technical Educational
Alliance) - 1st Place: A Rosette and $100 will
be awarded to the winning student at the
September meeting of NTTEA. 2nd Place - $50, 3rd
Place $25.

RULES
1. This division is open to students in middle
school, high school or Tennessee technology
centers school trade
and industrial education departments in the
counties served by the Appalachian Fair.
Articles exhibited must be the work of eligible
students prepared under supervision of the
respective teacher.
2. Each exhibitor is limited to one entry per
lot. Teacher may enter exhibits under
school name on entry form.
3. Judges shall have the authority to place
ribbons according to the merits of the item.
4. All electrical entries will have an
electrical supply and be operational.
5. All articles must be made during current
school year.
6. EXHIBITS MAY BE REMOVED SUNDAY, AUGUST 26TH,
BETWEEN 1:00 AND 4:00 P.M. EXHIBITORS WILL
FORFEIT PREMIUM AWARDED ON ANY EXHIBIT REMOVED
BEFORE TIME STATED.
